As their practices grew, they needed a solution to route their incoming calls to the correct front desk in the same building. The auto attendant had two separate after hours greetings that played automatically based on their individual office hours. The solution was quickly put in place and the office staff no longer has to handle calls that are not for them. This automated phone system for doctors&#8217; offices has also freed up time for the office staff to ensure that their patients are receiving all of their attention.
