He had \u2018taken them with him\u2019 or moved\/ported the numbers three times, and he was actually having them forwarded from his old phone company to his new phone company. He was already paying double for the numbers, but he didn\u2019t want to get rid of them because every customer he\u2019d ever had already knew the numbers, and they were heavily advertised. His bills were outrageous and he wanted to find a way to cut costs. AccessDirect, allows you to keep phone numbers.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;bottom-to-top&#8221;]<span style=\"color: #203961;\"><strong>Solution:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0We ported the numbers to the AccessDirect service so that the customer no longer had to pay for two phone companies to host his toll free numbers for him. Together, the numbers are less expensive than he was paying for one number with the other companies. We simply forward, or transfer the calls to his local number if someone calls his toll free numbers.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;bottom-to-top&#8221;]<span style=\"color: #203961;\"><strong>Results:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0The customer was very happy that we were able to port both of his numbers to our service. He is happy with the fact that the numbers never \u2018go down\u2019 as was the case with his other providers. He feels comfortable because he\u2019s had the numbers for so long, and it gives his customers the option to still contact him that way if they wish to do so.
