Working with Dawson, we programmed the \u201cdepartments\u201d as sales, customer service and tech support and made those options from the main greeting \u201cfind me\u201d selections that transferred to 2 sequential numbers and then to voice mail if no one was available. Messages are then emailed to their personal email addresses so they get the messages in a timely manner. Then using a dial by name directory, the personal 3 digit extension numbers of the staff can be reached by name or by extension number.
