<\/div>[vc_column_text css_animation=”bottom-to-top”]Challenge:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0A customer called to see if we could do anything to help his business’ situation with their fax numbers. \u00a0He was paying his phone company for multiple fax lines in several states while hard forwarding all faxes from those numbers to a single main fax line in Tennessee. \u00a0His need was based in the large amount of travelling his business required; he worked in different offices across the country and he wanted the faxes from all his offices to be sent to whichever office he was presently in. \u00a0He was tired of having to pay such large phone bills in order to keep these lines as well as the required additional features on each of them active. \u00a0He wanted a way he could keep all of his existing phone numbers at a much more reasonable price and not have to worry about constantly forwarding them back and forth to his different offices.[\/vc_column_text]
<\/div>[vc_column_text css_animation=”bottom-to-top”]Solution:<\/strong><\/span> AccessDirect suggested porting the lines to our service so that the customer no longer had to pay for his multiple phone lines. \u00a0We ported all of his fax lines to our service, and now when someone sends him a fax he receives it as a .pdf file in his email inbox. \u00a0That way the customer no longer has to pay the phone company for the multiple lines and the can still keep the established numbers his customers are used to.\u00a0 With our fax to email system he gets fax forwarding sent electronically and he can choose whether or not to print them out, saving him money not just on phone lines but toner and paper as well.[\/vc_column_text]
<\/div>[vc_column_text css_animation=”bottom-to-top”]Results:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0The customer was very enthusiastic and quite amazed that one company could help him get the features he wanted at the price he needed. \u00a0He couldn\u2019t believe that things could be so easy with a virtual system from Access Direct. \u00a0He no longer has to pay the phone company for his many lines and he can now get all of his faxes via email. \u00a0He can even receive them on his smart phone so he can be notified of an incoming fax even if he is outside of an office. \u00a0The customer is ecstatic that we are able to handle his information so easily and efficiently and wishes that he had transferred his fax services to our company many years prior. \u00a0AccessDirect has tailored a solution to his business’ problem and he is grateful for the services we provide.[\/vc_column_text]
